Collective Magazine Cover Girl Event

Forte was proud to be the chosen caterer for the Collective Cover Girl Event and created a menu that would reflect the animation of the evening. Through the use of stylish food stations, Forte was able to showcase their fresh and organic menu which was met with excitement by all the guests.
The guests were presented the chance to hear the stories from the Cover Girl team live and uncensored which gave the entire event a fantastic sense of truth and inspiration. This event was in honour of the launch of issue #4 of the Renegade Collective. Forte reflected the excitement in a range of menu items and styling which was loved by the client and guests alike.
The attendees were welcomed to a beautiful array of afternoon tea served on a market garden table of antique wood with tempting morsels including mini orange cakes with zest & cream cheese icing, fresh fruit tarts with crème patisserie and Fig, hazelnut & orange cookies.
Dressed with bunches of red flame grapes, buckets of fresh strawberries and piles of fresh apples, the background theming of hessian and raw materials brought a great botanical feel into the industrial space of the Whitehouse Institute of Design.
Following the key note session from the inspirational cover girls, guests were taken up a level for a perfect match of champagne & canapés. Forte’s menu consisted of four perfectly balanced and delicious options; a spicy tuna tartare on crispy Japanese rice cake with watermelon & ginger, a goats cheese pannacotta with quince & rosemary on brioche, a BBQ swordfish brochette with preserved lemon dressing and finally a char-grilled haloumi slider with onion marmalade & spiced tomato salad.
All feedback from the event was extraordinarily positive and Forte was overjoyed to be a part of such an incredible night.
