For 9 months James and Michelle had been planning their perfect wedding day. Forte Catering were honoured to be a part of this wonderful couple’s wedding day.
The wedding was held in the stunning Grand Hall in the Australian Technology Park. This wonderful venue boasts towering cast iron columns, arched windows and rustic brickwork for the perfect reception backdrop.
Forte Catering & Events proudly catered this wedding with stainless steel vessels, ancient casks filled with freshly shucked oysters, artistic canapes, delicious cured meats, dips and crusty breads and the spectacular main meal of smoked sea-crusted lamb loin and Northern Territory crispy skin barramundi.
